1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing https://omee.dev, submitting an inquiry, or entering into a Statement of Work (SOW) with omee.dev (operated by Omprakash K M), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you represent an entity, you warrant that you possess the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Engineering Services
omee.dev provides custom web engineering, full-stack application development, SEO infrastructure, performance optimization, and UI/UX design services.
Deliverables, timeline milestones, sprint goals, and acceptance criteria are formally detailed in client project agreements or proposals agreed upon prior to commencement.
3. Code Ownership & Intellectual Property
Client Ownership: Upon completion and full payment of agreed fees, all custom code, component designs, and digital assets produced specifically for the client transfer in full to the client.
Open-Source Tools: Third-party libraries, NPM packages, and open-source frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0).
4. Client Obligations & Approvals
To maintain rapid engineering velocity, clients agree to:
- Provide necessary domain, DNS, hosting, or third-party API credentials in a timely manner.
- Review milestone previews and provide consolidated feedback within agreed sprint review windows.
- Ensure that all text, imagery, and branding assets provided do not infringe on third-party copyrights.
5. Payment Terms & Invoicing
Project contracts adhere to clear milestone-based financial schedules:
Due upon agreement to initiate sprint planning and development.
Due upon review completion prior to production release & transfer.
Billed at the start of each month for ongoing maintenance contracts.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall omee.dev or its founder be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtime, hosting outages, API provider deprecations, or security incidents caused by compromised third-party access keys.
